Marketing strategies = Revenues/Sales

Newton's Second law of Motion

  • The acceleration produced by a particular force acting on a body is directly proportional to the magnitude of the force and inversely proportional to the mass of the body.- Newton's Second Law of Motion, translated from the Principia's Latin

The mathematical formulation for this law is:

F = ma

Whereby, F=Force, m=mass of the object, a=acceleration

In marketing terms that we understand better, F=Sales/revenues, M=Customer, a=Marketing strategies

Therefore, it will look like this:

Sales/Revenues = (Customer)(Marketing strategies

Now, assuming, Customer is a constant, it becomes:

Sales/Revenues = Marketing strategies

Enough said?
